He was predeceased by: his parent Homer Clark; his siblings, Homer Robert Clark and Evelyn Fowler; and his siblings-in-law, Wilma Clark, Floyd Fowler and Harvey C. Balsley.
He is survived by: his parent Freda Kaiser Clark; his wife Ethelynn "Effie" Sue Leonard; his daughter Deborah Levy (Jay) of Pinehurst, NC.; his sister Betty J. Balsley of Connellsville; his nephew Davey of Dunbar; and also, The Boy of Dunbar and Wingrove of Dunbar.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Connellsville Church of God, 126 Breakneck Ave., Connellsville, PA. 15425, in memory of Donald L. Clark.
