She is survived by: her children, Jacqulyn Bartholomai of South Connellsville, Bobbi Miller of Dunbar, Dawn Ward (Mark) of South Connellsville, James Holt (Marcie) of Bakersville and Bret Holt (Mary) of South Connellsville; her grandchildren, Tina Bartholomai, Lisa Carpenter (Scott), William Bartholomai (Sadie), Jodie Bartholomai, Randa Miller, Kenneth Miller (Tracy), Stephanie Dominick (Joseph), Matthew Holt, Joshua Hartman (Tiffany) and Andrew Holt; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Jessi Dierkes, Dominique, Madalyn, Chelsea, Mia Bartholomai, Morgann Basinger, AJ Dominick, Justine, Cole, Jayden Kooser and Shane Knowlson; her great great grandchildren, Jinora Culp and Arlo Barry; her sister-in-law Gladys LaPorte; her friends, Donna Lake (Randy), Beverly Livingston, Betty Flynn, Jackie Kimmel and Sandy Reich; and her caregivers, Becky, Margie, April, Sue, Brandi and Melissa.
