He was predeceased by: his parents, John DeFazio and Rita Powell; and his brothers, Sean DeFazio and John DeFazio. He is survived by: his wife Catherine A. Palko; his son Sean DeFazio of Scranton; his stepchildren, Sarah Howell (Roy Weaver) of Tennessee, Darren Howell (Courtney) of Waymart and Brian Howell of Waymart; his grandson Khristian Hendershot; and his siblings, Mark DeFazio of Scranton, Kenny Frable (Stacey) of North Carolina and Donna McCann (Brian) of Canadensis. He is also survived by four nephews; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
