He was predeceased by: his brother Robert. He is survived by: his parents, Gerald L. Casper and Delores M. Casper (Petrone) of South Canaan; his son Mitchell Casper of Forest City; his sister Suzy Hessling; and his nephew Joseph Hessling of Wilmington, Delaware. He is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
