He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Loughran; his parent Claire Sommer Mann; his children, Joseph Mann (Sharon) of Cane Ridge, TN, David Mann of Dumont, NJ and Nancy Mann-Shapiro of Fort Lee, NJ; his stepson Mario Delara of Clarks Summit, PA; and his brother Selig Mann (Lynn) of Queens, NY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
