He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Manley and Gladys Manley. He is survived by: his wife Alice; his sister Arlene Gerrity (Luke); and his children, Thomas Manley (Megan), Greg Manley Scranton (Pam), Jason Burke, Josh Richner (Jenalee) of Ohio, Megan Chuzas (Brian) and Elisha Nolan (Patrick). He is also survived by Twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
