He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Jerome G. Levinson and Gatell Moskovitz Levinson; and his brother Edward Levinson. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly A. Kalafut; his children, Lisa Feldman (Andrew) of Florida, Melissa Zyats, Michael Levinson of Florida and Jared Levinson of Brooklyn, NY; his grandchildren, Sydney, Max Feldman of Florida and Rita Zyats; and his brother Dr. Nat E. Levinson (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
