She was predeceased by: her husband Roland G. Bambach, Jr.; her parents, Steven Karampilas and Margaret Karampilas (Swepeniser); and her brothers, Robert McCarthy, Jr., Steven Karampilas, Jr. and John Karampilas.

She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Sansky; her sons-in-law, Charles Sansky and Dr. Thomas Langan; her brother Ted Karampilas; her grandchildren, Heather Sansky Mansour (Paul), Amber Sansky Sweeney (Daniel), Dr. Thomas Langan, Jr. (Kristen) of Clarks Summit, Dr. Brendan Langan (Jillian) of Clarks Summit, Dr. Kevin Langan (Gianna) of Clarks Summit, Dr. Colin Langan of Clarks Summit and Nathan Langan of Clarks Summit; and her great grandchildren, Samuel, Sophia, Olivia, Alexandra, Stella, Penelope Mansour, Daniel, Charles Sweeney, Thomas III, Emma, Claire, Fiona, Josie and Kira Langan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
