She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Butash and Nellie Kervalavich Butash. She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. "Smitty" Smith; her children, Shelley Fayocavitz (James) and Thomas J. (Susan Dudek); her grandchildren, Michael Smith, Nicholas, Cailyn Dudek, Morgan and Luke Fayocavitz; and her brothers, Gerald Butash (Marie) and Michael Butash. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
