He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Spinosi and Eleanor Menichetti Spinosi. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Spinosi; his children, Todd Spinosi (Kim) and Kami Orbin (Thomas); his grandchildren, Avery Orbin and Alexandra Orbin; his sister Beverly Solan; and his nephew Col John Cuva (Adriana).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Sacred Heart, 100 Williams St, Dunmore, Pa, or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
