He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Wynne; his daughter Katie Loughney (Matthew); his granddaughter Wynne Loughney; his sister Mary Beth Culkin; his sisters-in-law, Charlotte Summa of Dunmore and Mary Jo Wynne of Dunmore; his nieces and nephews, Eileen Culkin, Lauren, Joanna Summa, John Culkin, Mark and Chris Summa; and his pet Sam. He is also survived by several cousins, friends.
