He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chopko and Vera Chopko (Kochis). He is survived by: his wife Geraldine M. Vesko; his children, Francis R. (Rita), Glenburn, Joseph M., Anne M. Puteri (Frank) and Michele A. Spencer (Michael); his brother Paul (Carolyn Chopko); and his grandchildren, Alina, Nicholas, Jessica Chopko, Melissa, Eric and Nichole Spencer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
