He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis E. (Maurer); and his parents, William Russell and Elizabeth Deebel (Kline). He is survived by: his siblings, Donald (Marlene) of Sellersville, Carol Thomas of Telford and Ruth Briggs of Douglasville. He is also survived by family members and loving nieces and nephews.
