She was predeceased by: her spouse Aldus K. Hertzler; her parents, Franklin L. Alderfer and Maria B. Alderfer (Stover); her sons, John Paul Hertzler and Glen Franklin Hertzler; her granddaughter Jessica Lynn Swartley; her brother Edwin Alderfer; and her siblings-in-law, Helen Alderfer, Paul Moyer and Eugene Diseroad.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth L. Hollenbach (Jeffrey) of Perkasie, PA, Alice M. Shenk (Philip) of Goshen, IN and Emily J. Swartley (Kenton) of Cedar Falls, IA; her grandchildren, Sarah, Samuel, David, Anna, Deborah, Nathan, Joanna, Rebekah, Andrew, Jonathan, Kristen, Jeremy, Jamie and Michelle; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Noah, Micah, Janie, Quinn, Sloane, Peyton, Luke, Emma, Rachel, Jonathan, Nicholas, Jamie, Hannah, Delaney, Soren, Henry, Emanuel and Xavier; and her sisters, Esther Moyer of Souderton, PA and Jane Diseroad of Souderton, PA..
