He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin G. Derstine and Pauline G. Derstine (Moyer); and his brothers-in-law, Glenn Moyer and Melvin Halteman. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia A. Halteman of Newburg, PA, Paul M. Derstine (Eleanor) of Chevy Chase, MD, Dale M. Derstine of Pipersville, PA, Betty L. Kulp (John) of Telford, PA and Nancy R. Moyer of Souderton, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
