He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram B. Ware and Beatrice Ware (Bennett); and his siblings, Arthur, Laura, Hiram, Richard, June, David, James, John, Nancy and Paul.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Shannon Ware (Davis); his children, Ruth (Gary), Dawn (Rich), Robb, Beth (Steve), Jamie (Ray) and Jeff (Laura); and his siblings, Linda, Vel and Gerri. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
