With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard A. Baxter (Souderton, Pennsylvania), born in Hilltown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 17, 2018 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Joan S. Baxter (Parvin); and his parent Jesse Baxter. He is survived by: his parent Helen Baxter (Leibfreid); his children, Cynthia Kirchner (Charles) of Selinsgrove, Nancy Costello (Joseph) of Perkasie and Richard A. Baxter, Jr. of Sellersville; his grandchildren, Joseph Costello, Jr. and Michael Costello (Monica); his great grandchildren, Trey, Erin and Nicholas; and his sister Jean Jeffries of Royersford.
