She was predeceased by: her husband Mario J. Caltabiano; her parents, James Humphreys and Catherine Humphreys (Palmer); and her sisters, Veronica Douglas and Anne Grasso.
She is survived by: her children, Marianne C. Kaemmer (Herbert Jr.) of Lansdale, Thomas A. Caltabiano (Deborah) of Perkasie and James J. Caltabiano (Claire) of Cherry Hill, NJ. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters.
