He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dr. Wallace L. Davidson and Jean Davidson (Binder) of Montgomery County. He is survived by: his parents, Suzannah Jean Davidson of Weston, MA and Leonard P. Schwenk of Allentown, PA.; his son Jacob Wallace Neal of Pottstown; his brother Andrew Keith Neal of Worcester, MA; his stepbrother Michael J. Alles of Philadelphia; his uncle Robert F.; his aunt Lynn M. Kurz of Cape May, NJ; and his cousins, Michael, Jean, Jeffrey, Sarah and Carlie.
