He is survived by: his spouse Jayaben Bhatt (Dave); and his children, Nalini Bhatt (Ashok Bhatt) of Houston, Shalini Joshi (Jitendra) of Chicago, Kaushikini Bhatt of Souderton and Devarshi Bhatt (Rupal) of Souderton. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
