Ida B. Bencsik Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ida B. Bencsik of Souderton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Garis, Sr. and Vera Garis (Hummel); her husband Simon Bencsik; and her siblings, Elmer Garis, Jr., Robert Garis, Paul Garis, LeRoy Garis, Vera Kathryn Charles, Elsie Hyer, Ellen Collis and Alma Fulmer.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Carver (Harold) of Bechtelsvillle, PA and Rory Bencsik (Lori) of Telford, PA; and her siblings, Arthur Garis of Telford, PA, Elizabeth Whitley of Garner, NC, Emily Boyer of Hatfield, PA, Shirley Fox of Souderton, PA and June Landis of Souderton, PA.. She is also survived by her five granddaughters, and her seven great-grandchildren.
The family and the funeral home ask all who are attending the funeral service to wear a mask and practice social distancing recommendations.
