He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schlectic and Frances Schlectic (Dadack). He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" Schlectic; his children, Sandy Schlectic, Lynn Cassel (Greg) and Gary Schlectic (Michelle); his grandchildren, Valerie, Thomas, Paul Schlectic and Lauren Cassel; his great grandchild Samuel Kirchner; and his stepchildren, Beverly Musselman, Arthur, Kurt and Mathew Snyder.
Due to the current Covid-19 health crisis, services at this time will be private, with burial in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
