He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Thomas; his children, Barbara (John Anthony), David Thomas, Mark (Kim Thomas) and Karen Ruble; his grandchildren, Kristen (Nate Kontra), John Anthony, Thomas Anthony, Kathryn Thomas, Zachary Thomas, Nina Ruble, Will Ruble, Maggie Ruble and Luke Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Eliana Kontra and Nate Kontra, Jr..
