He was predeceased by: his wife Roberta Koster; his parents, C. Henry Koster Sr. and Dorothy Koster (Miller); and his son Steven Buthe. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Thomas (William) of Hatfield and Jill Fisher (Charles) of Bokeelia; his grandchildren, Bill Thomas (Keri), Stevie Nance (Tucker) and Renee Buthe; his sister Marcia Lawrence of Hackettstown, NJ; and his aunt Marilyn Kearns of Paramus, NJ. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and a nephew.
