He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette E. Feiser (Owens); his parents, Charles M. Feiser and Mildred M. Feiser (Klinger); and his brother Samuel Snavely. He is survived by: his children, Lynette Callahan (John) of Dalton, PA, Charles D. Feiser (Janice) of Williamstown, NJ, Ann Vagts of Virginia Beach, VA, Patricia Eastman of Annapolis, MD, Mark Feiser of North Wales, PA and William Feiser (Susan) of Bucktown, PA. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren; and his four great-grandsons.
