She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert W. Drake Jr. and Freeda S. Drake (Stevens). She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Powell; her children, Carl B, Marc G. Fries (Angela) and Stacey J. Wing (Brian M.) of Souderton, PA; and her sister Diane Seward (James) of Line Lexington, PA.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name are made to "The American Heart Association, 1617 JFK Blvd., Suite 700, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
