He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry R. Moeller and Ruth Moeller (Jakes); and his sister Jacqueline Smith. He is survived by: his wife Mary Moeller (Cress); his children, Arthur G. Moeller (Molly Ann McKeefery) of Woodbine, NJ and Melissa J. Moeller (Russell Jones) of Souderton, PA; his grandchildren, Veronica, Michael, Chloe, Xavier and Tanner; and his great grandchild Frankie.
