We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2023, at the age of 94, Ada A. Swartley of Souderton, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Swartley; her parents, Abram Metz and Eva Metz (Alderfer); and her siblings, Ruth Lapp and Floyd Metz.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Schwab of Greensboro, NC, Laurel Landis Alleger (Richard) of Harleysville, PA and J. Ed Swartley (Teresa) of Elkhart, IN; her siblings, Audrey Metz (Ken Seitz) of Harrisonburg, VA and Abe Metz (Judy) of Mountain Home, AR; and her sister-in-law Mary Swartley of Hesston, KS. She is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
