He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Dively and E. Jean Dively (Rankin); and his brother Marlin Dively. He is survived by: his wife Linda Glessner; his sons, Douglas William (Kathy) and David William Dively (Caitlin); his siblings, Robert (Donna), Terry (Darlene), Jerry (Pat), Carlisle, David (Mary) of Albany, NY, George Dively (Esther), Lois Moyer (Charles), Smith and Carol Cobb of Kennesaw, GA; and his sister-in-law Hilda Kay Dively. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; a great grandson.
