He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Bernice Pugh (Lear); and his siblings, Lavan, James Jr., Roger, William Pugh and Jeanette Rosier.
He is survived by: his wife Kaye C. Beistel; his children, Andy Baker, April Hochard (Richard), Wayne Pugh Jr. (Jodi) and Lori Bence (Tim); his grandchildren, Carson, Jaxson, Ashley, Lacey, Lyndsey of Brittany, TJ and Zach; and his siblings, Donald Pugh, Connie Hileman and Linda Sue Manges. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
A reception was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services (494 W Main St, Somerset, PA 15501).
