She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Querry and Blanche Clarissa Querry (Wagner); her husband Elwood E. Shaulis; her siblings, Ruth Neal, Betty Dinsmore, Darlene, Hubert Querry and Evan; and her son-in-law Clifford "Kip" Forlines.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy Forlines of Vero Beach, FL, Gregory A. Shaulis (Vickie) of Champion and Scott C. Shaulis of Barefoot Bay, FL; her grandson Zachary Shaulis of San Jose, CA; and her siblings, Wayne Querry, Ted Querry, Mary Faye Roadcap and Terry Querry.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Somerset Alliance Church 708 Stoystown Rd. Somerset, PA 15501.
