He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. David L. O'Loughlin and Edith Knorr O'Loughlin. He is survived by: his siblings, David L. O'Loughlin (Johanna), William Knorr O'Loughlin (Christine), Edith O'Loughlin Slezak (William), Laurence O'Loughlin (Maureen), Cordelia O'Loughlin Lowther (Dennis), Michael O'Loughlin (Janice Murphy) and Terrence O'Loughlin (Karen); and his pets, Cutie Boy and Dangar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
