He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank K. Dwire and Christine Dwire (Phillippi); and his siblings, Donald, Kenneth Dwire and Loretta Ohler.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Dwire and Shirley King; his wife Marilyn (Smith); his children, Roy Dwire, Jr. (Tammy) and Teresa Blubaugh (Bradley); and his sister Louise Kreger. He is also survived by two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
