He was predeceased by: his parents, Haley H. Moyer and Mamie Moyer (Pence); his siblings, Harold Moyer, Charles Moyer, Gaynelle Eisler (Waler), Mary Fridy (Donald) and Anne Ling (Raymond); his son Robert Neal Moyer; and his granddaughter Jennifer Beth Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Saylor; his children, Pamela Moyer Thomas (Roger) of Winchester, VA and Bradley David Moyer; his granddaughters, Laura Beth Thomas (Alan Broderick) of Williamsburg, VA and Kathryn Anne Thomas (Christopher Morales) of Winchester, VA; and his great grandchildren, Preston and Logan Broderick of Williamsburg, VA..
