He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Jasper and Mary Jasper (Popavich); and his brothers, Johnny Jasper and James Jasper. He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Jasper Vitters of Arlington, VA; his grandchildren, William "Liam" and Anagrace Vitters; his siblings, Mary Ann Swank of Pittsburgh, PA and Ronald W. Jasper of Valparaiso, IN; and his close friend Joyce Kitting of Shanksville.
