He is survived by: his parents, Kimberly Lynn Collins (Joseph Murphy) of Somerset and Thomas Paul Jacobs of Somerset; his wife Briana Elizabeth Porter; and his siblings, Corey, Jason, Melissa Whipkey, Cody, Derrick Miller, Shane, Kathleen, Kelly, Annmarie and Jamie Joleen Murphy.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to the family to help with funeral expenses.
