He is survived by: his father Fred Balthazr; his children, Ricky Jason Hess (Tammy), Shane Thompson, Jeremy Scott Hess, Tonya Ruiz and Sonya Stanley (Jerry); his grandchildren, Dalton Hess, Allison Hess, Casey Hayton, Tiffany Lafferty, Donté Hess, Mason Hess, Colton Hess, Jaidon Carranza, Rozalynn Carranza, Adrianna Cabrera, Deandre Fitzgerald, Chaelyn Bandy and Lydia Stanley; his siblings, Scotty Balthazr, Mickey Balthazr (Dawn), Allan Balthazr, Robert Balthazr, Thomas Balthazr and Judy Balthazr; his aunt Ann Barr; and also, Pat, Big Sis and Crook (Harold). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
