She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Woy and Mary Catherine Saylor (Ebaugh); her husband Robert Pence Moyer; her son Robert N. Moyer; her granddaughter Jennifer Beth Thomas; and her siblings, Imogene Hixson and Larry Saylor.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Moyer Thomas (Roger) of Winchester, VA and Bradley David Moyer of Richmond, VA; her granddaughters, Laura Beth Thomas (Alan Broderick) of Williamsburg, VA and Kathryn Anne Thomas (Christopher Morales) of Winchester, VA; her great grandchildren, Preston and Logan Broderick of Williamsburg, VA; and her brother Kenneth "Neil" Saylor of Pittsburgh.
