She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph W. Emerick and Mabel E. Emerick (Shumaker); and her siblings, Kay Speigle, Ruth Lohr and Robert Emerick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Foust (John) of Somerset and Susan Beal (Charles) of Friedens; her granddaughters, Jennifer Spangler Ginter of Somerset and Ashley Beal McCluskey (Michel) of Somerset; her great grandchildren, Frederick Blubaugh and Zackary Blubaugh; and her niece Karen Berkey.
