She is survived by: her children, Jacob Edward, Jr. Shaffer (Janet), Linda L. Anderson (Brian), David A. Shaffer (Thelma) and George W. Shaffer (Dawn); her son-in-law Ronald A. Svonavec; her sister Roberta Bowman (Bob); and her sisters-in-law, Betty Saylor and Leona Saylor. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
