She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Baldwin and Anna Baldwin (Stahl); her husband William D. Williams (Bill); and her sisters, Madeline Musselman (Baldwin) and Mary Jane Baldwin.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah "Debbie" Kowatch (Lawrence "Larry" Kowatch), Pamela "Pam" Hottle (David "Dave" Hottle) and William "Bill" Williams (Michelle); her grandchildren, Jennifer "Jenny" Kowatch, Jonathan "Jon" Hottle (Jessica), Julianna "Julie" Rosenbaum (Aaron Rosenbaum) and Jacob Hottle; her stepgranddaughter Brandi Lampack; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Natasha, Rebecca, Lilith, Persephone and Blayden; her brother Oliver (Marty); and her friends, Emma Barron, Diane Sarver and Irma Walker.
