He is survived by: his wife Pamela Shaffer; his children, Courtney Nicholson, Terry Nicholson (Jessica) and Chelsey Trent (Bradley); his grandchildren, Paul (Nicole), Gage, Sadie, Zoey, Brynley, Zeke, Ralee, Brycen, Lily, Sophia, Jacob, Riley, Kinsley and Cameron; his great grandchildren, Sean, Luke, Rowan and Winston; and his siblings, Rennie Lehman (Lori) and Becky Holt (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
