He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Guy and Diola Olive Frazier (Robinson); and his brother James K. Frazier. He is survived by: his sisters, Pat Murray (Charles) of Winter Haven, FL and Lou Herwig of Friedens; his sister-in-law Betty Frazier; and his nieces and nephews, Dave Murray (Carol), Barbara Barron (Jay), Doug Frazier, Barry Frazier (Lisa), Sharon Christe (Savannah), Mike Herwig, Randy Herwig (Mary) and Eric (Pam).

Contributions may be made to Somerset "In Touch" Hospice PO Box 1173, Somerset, PA 1550.
