He was predeceased by: his parents, David Milton and Ruth Fern Barnhart (Fulton); and his siblings, David Lynn Barnhart, Joan Zimmerman and Norma Pile.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Rexroth; his children, Natalie Barnhart (Charlie Barron), Matthew James Barnhart (Machelle) and Carolyn Norris (Frank); his grandchildren, Sydney Pritts (Adam), Carly Barnhart (James Barndt), Grant Norris and Nathan Barnhart; his great grandchildren, Ella, Maverick, Evie, Etta Pritts, Weston and Rex Barndt; his cousin Gloria Shaulis Kripowicz (Bob); his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Joel Zimmerman, Lisa, Andrea, Ingrid, Rusty Pile, Susan Buchanan and Jonathan Barnhart; and his treasured dachshund Duke.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's United Church of Christ (206 E Main St, Stoystown, PA 15563).
