He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard James and Janet H. West (Houston). He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" Hunter; his children, Richard H. West (Victoria) and Amanda West Rad (Bobby); his grandchildren, Arden, Hope, Hunter, Griffin and Skyler; and his brother Richard J. West III (Donna).
