She is survived by: her children, Kelly Lease, Nicole Kennell (Ron) and Tiffany Lease (Ramona Santiago); her grandchildren, Brandi Thomas, Tristan Shockey, Courtney Johnson (Derek) and Emily Kennell; her great grandchildren, Makenna Johnson (Tyler), Justice Beeman, Shelton Beeman, Aviana Shockey, Leiv Shockey, Brantley and Taylor Johnson; her siblings, Dr. William Simmons (Lynne) and LaRue Spangler (Roy); and also Brian Simmons (Susan). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
