He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Dick and Lillian Dick (Whitehurst). He is survived by: his former wife Gretchen Knupp; his children, Jennifer Hair (Christopher), Rockville, MD, Elliott Dick and John "Johnny" Dick; and his grandchildren, Dahlia, Christopher Hair and Summit Diner.
