Joan Ruth Cyga Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2022, at the age of 94, Joan Ruth Cyga (Somerset, Pennsylvania), born in Hyndman, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Welsh and Nellie Welsh. She is survived by: her children, Sharon (Cyga), Robert Welsh, Jill (Cyga), Luke Rosenbaum, Chester Cyga Jr. (Chet) and Anita Cyga; her grandchildren, Heidi Roman, Sean Shaulis, Lani Hilton, Eilis Rosenbaum, Aubrie Lambert, Laurel Koval and Onora Cable; and her brother Col. Tedd Welsh. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
