He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Edward and Karen Louise Burk Sr. (Gardner). He is survived by: his brother Vincent E. Burk; his wife Teresa Lynn Reid; his daughters, Jessica Burk of Johnstown, Samantha of Somerset and Melissa Burk of Somerset; his grandchildren, Rylin, Liam and McKenna; and his siblings, Brad L. Burk (Elizabeth) of Stoystown and Virginia "Ginny" Walters (Jeremy Walters) of Garrett.
