She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Jakovac; her brother Raymond Clark; her parents, Jean Herman and Raymond Clark; and her grandsons, Keith and Kevin McCudden.

She is survived by: her daughter June McCudden (David); and her grandsons, Patrick and Corey McCudden.
